THE EMI TG12345 MK1 - THE BEATLES’ ABBEY ROAD MIXING DESK

The legendary EMI TG12345 console, the very model that captured Abbey Road, has been painstakingly restored to perfection by former Abbey Road engineer Brian Gibson and his team at MJQ.

This console also played a pivotal role in recording John Lennon’s “Instant Karma!” and his Plastic Ono Band album, Paul McCartney’s McCartney, George Harrison’s All Things Must Pass, and Ringo Starr’s Sentimental Journey.

Revived to its original glory, the console recently recorded a session at Decca Studios in London, led by producer Mike Hedges with Grammy winner Robbie Nelson and veteran engineer Dave Harries, once again bringing its storied history into the present.
